Questa birra doppio malto è prodotta per noi del Brass dal birrificio "Alta Quota" di Cittareale (Rieti). Caratterizzata dall’utilizzo di un nobile grano e luppolo fresco, riprodotti e coltivati nella piana reatina con le migliori tecniche agronomiche dal Centro Appenninico “Carlo Jucci”. Si percepiscono buccia d’arancia candita, frutta matura a pasta bianca e un leggero refolo di tostature. In bocca è amabile e potente. 

(This double-malt beer is produced for us at Brass by the "Alta Quota" brewery in Cittareale (Rieti). Characterized by the use of a noble grain and fresh hops, reproduced and cultivated in the Rieti plain with the best agronomic techniques by the "Carlo Jucci" Apennine Centre. You can perceive candied orange peel, ripe white-fleshed fruit and a light toasted gust. In the mouth it is sweet and powerful.)

Promana fragranze agrumate (scorza di laraha e limone), fruttate (banana acerba) e speziate (coriandolo, pepe bianco, chiodi di garofano e cumino). Colpiscono di certo le buone capacità dissetanti di questa birra, che la rendono un prodotto fresco e facilmente bevibile. Prodotta con malto d'orzo e frumento crudo, termina con un retrogusto secco e finemente acidulo.

(It emanates citrusy (larch and lemon peel), fruity (unripe banana) and spicy (coriander, white pepper, cloves and cumin) fragrances. The good thirst-quenching capabilities of this beer are certainly striking, making it a fresh and easily drinkable product. Si presenta dal colore ambrato, con una schiuma abbondante e persistente. I sentori richiamano il caffè tostato, frutta candita e paglia bagnata. Il sapore rivela un corpo rotondodovei il malto lascia il posto ad un retrgusto erbaceo. Il finale pur essendo complesso conferisce alla birra una sensazione di freschezza e pulizia.

(It has an amber color, with an abundant and persistent foam. The scents recall roasted coffee, candied fruit and wet straw. The flavor reveals a round body where the malt gives way to a herbaceous aftertaste. The finish, despite being complex, gives the beer a feeling of freshness and cleanliness.)

Si presenta con un colore mogano scuro con riflessi color rame, e con una fine schiuma cremosa e persistente. Al palato risulta morbida e molto piacevole, basata sul caramello e note fruttate, che rendono la bevuta molto facile nonostante essa sia una doppio malto con un volume alcolico pari a 8. Finale lungo e piacevole incentrato sul malto, con una chiusura pulita.

(It has a dark mahogany color with copper-colored reflections, and a fine creamy and persistent foam. On the palate it is soft and very pleasant, based on caramel and fruity notes, which make drinking very easy despite its characteristics of being double-malt with a alcohol volume of 8. Long and pleasant finish focused on malt, with a clean finish.)

Colore giallo intenso quasi ambrato, in bocca sprigiona i gusti fruttati già notati all'olfatto, inoltre il tasso alcolico che si assesta sugli 11% vol. non uccide i sapori, anzi, accompagna con note dolciastre verso il finale dove il lievito fa da sovrano indiscusso. Le particolari note di pera e agrumi che invitano al primo assaggio la rendono piacevolissima da bere e dissetante.

(Intense yellow almost amber in color, in the mouth it releases the fruity flavors already noted on the nose, moreover the alcohol level that stands at 11% vol. does not kill the flavors, on the contrary, it accompanies with sweetish notes towards the finish where the yeast is the undisputed ruler. The particular notes of pear and citrus that invite the first taste make it very pleasant to drink and thirst quenching.)

Mikkeller Burst IPA

IPA dal colore dorato velato, leggero aroma di gomma da masticare seguito da agrumi freschi e polpa d'arancia. Corpo da leggero a medio finale con una succosa amarezza di pompelmo. Burst IPA è dunque un inno ai toni fruttati di arancia e pompelmo uniti alle sensazioni resinose e richiami al pino delle IPA in stile West Coast di derivazione americana. La corposità è data dall'utilizzo di malto tedesco mentre l'amaro intenso è dato dall'utilizzo dei luppoli Mosaic, Citra e Columbus.

(IPA with veiled golden color, light bubblegum aroma followed by fresh citrus and orange pulp. Light to medium body finish with juicy grapefruit bitterness. Burst IPA is thus an ode to the fruity tones of orange and grapefruit combined with the resinous sensations and pine hints of American-derived West Coast-style IPAs. The body comes from the use of German malt while the intense bitterness comes from the use of Mosaic, Citra and Columbus hops.)
